Oklahoma City has come a long way. As America’s forty-sixth state, Oklahoma brings many hidden gems scattered across its capital city. For many tourists, the city of Tulsa, OK has been known for its rich oil culture and popularities in the arts and music scene.  But OKC has gained many attention from their golden-age of the Thunder basketball team between 2012-2017. According to Thrillest, OKC is having a culinary renaissance since the onset of the pandemic. They also states Oklahoma as one of the 14 cities to have gained more than 100,000 residents in the most recent census. The film industry is also so momentous that Thrillest calls Oklahoma the "Hollywood on the Prairie."  Here, I have designed a wood-block print that represents Oklahoma City's most booming aspects depicted by icons including the streetcar, lighthouse, Pops bottle, buffalo, and many more.
